How To Submit A Support Ticket Print

Submitting a ticket is one of the ways that you can quickly get ahold of our Support Staff. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to submit a support ticket.


1) Login to RemoteITAll Platform

2) Click the Tickets button after logging in.


 

3) Select the area where you need help. 

In this example, we are going to click Technical Support 


4) Fill out the fields and click Submit.


A member of our support team will immediately follow-up with your issue, and you will receive a confirmation email.
